Sealed-border wipers are the most widely used wipers in highly critical environment (Class 10 – 100 cleanroom).food, medical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology industry The fabrics are knitted from filament polyester or nylon. They are then laundered in our state-of-art EDI water system after being cut and sealed by our different border sealing machines. Maxclean has utilized its textile and cleanroom expertise to develop a comprehensive range of knitted wipers to meet a variety of different needs.
Nonwoven wipers are recommended for usage in environment that has lower particle requirement (Class 1,000 – 10,000 cleanroom). We offered a series of blended nonwoven wipers which are composed of cellulose, polyester, and rayon. They are designed for general cleaning purpose and spill control.
Gamma irradiation and ETO is available.
